Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation in Olney, MD seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home and senior living care. Work includes in-home visits, telehealth, and scheduling flexibility to improve mobility and independence for older adults.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Maryland or eligible
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults at home or in settings
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility and independence
• Document care in FOX EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
