Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Olney, MD is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in homes and senior living communities. You will conduct evaluations, create individual plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Maryland (or eligible to obtain).
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
