Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Pflugerville, TX, in private homes or senior living settings. You will evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy with autonomy over your schedule, including telehealth options to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in Texas or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduated from accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Develop individualized plans of care and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver sessions that improve mobility and independence.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
