Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Pipersville, PA seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes and senior living communities. You’ll assess mobility, develop individualized plans, and provide evidence-based treatment with autonomy over your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Proficiency with computers and EMR software.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, create plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and function.
• Document care in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists as part of the team.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
