Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, in-home and senior-living care in Renton, WA. You’ll conduct evaluations, design plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence.

Telehealth options may be included to extend access and ensure continuity of care. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, manage your own schedule, and build lasting patient relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Requires valid PT license in WA.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• CPR certification and EMR proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments and monitor progress.
