Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Overland Park, KS. Treat patients in private homes or senior living communities, with the flexibility to design your own schedule and use telehealth when appropriate.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence, document in our EMR, and help patients aging in place through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in KS or eligibility to obtain.
• DPT or PT degree from an accredited program.
• Strong comfort with electronic medical records systems.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Evaluate, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based PT.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and function.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
