FOX Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide dedicated, in-home or senior living care across Deltona, FL. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy to help older adults regain mobility and independence while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients, caregivers, and staff.
