FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Greater Winter Garden team in Florida. You’ll deliver one-on-one, in-home therapy to older adults, perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through our Geriatric House Calls model.

Clinicians enjoy autonomy over their schedule, options for telehealth, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in private residences and senior living communities.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one Occupational Therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively in the EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
