Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Greenbelt, MD seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, one-on-one OT to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. You will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based treatments, while promoting independence and safety in the patient’s home environment.

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist with current state licensure.
Ability to provide one-on-one therapy in home or senior living settings.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one OT to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
Deliver sessions that improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in line with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
