Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Ellicott City, MD is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private homes or senior living communities through the Geriatric House Calls model.

You will perform evaluations, create plans of care, and provide evidence-based therapy while enjoying a flexible schedule, autonomy, and the option to incorporate telehealth to extend reach and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible in Maryland
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver sessions that support wellness, mobility, and independence
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
