Floor Coverings International Spokane & North Idaho is growing and seeks an experienced flooring sales professional to join our team. In-home consultations with qualified appointments drive revenue in a shop-at-home model, offering professional design guidance and a high earning potential.

You will meet homeowners at their residences, evaluate needs, propose flooring solutions, prepare proposals, and guide buyers through the purchase process.

Formación

• Experience in flooring sales
• Knowledge of products such as carpet, luxury vinyl plank and tile, laminate, hardwood, sheet vinyl, tile, transitions and installation methods

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled in-home flooring consultations
• Identify customer needs, style preferences, budget, and project goals
• Recommend flooring products and installation solutions
• Measure project areas and prepare accurate proposals
• Present options, discuss pricing, overcome objections, and close the sale
• Maintain follow-up with open proposals and serve as the primary contact
