• Follow the Sales System using a tablet, laptop, and software.
• Achieve sales targets to help the business grow.
• Act as the point of contact for all flooring service requests.
• Coordinate installation schedules with the Office Manager.
• Communicate customer needs to the Install Manager.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources.
