Express Flooring is seeking ambitious Design Consultants for an in-home sales role. You will meet homeowners, present flooring solutions, and guide decisions from consultation to signed agreement.

Earn uncapped commissions with a top earning potential; average first-year earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000, with top performers exceeding $300,000. No cap on income—backed by a trusted brand and solid support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home, outside, or consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

What You'll Bring

• Confidence in a one-call-close sales environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when customers are most available.
• Ability to lift and move product samples and materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned market and managing a schedule that includes multiple in-home appointments per day.
