50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions, directly in-home and in-showroom. You will leverage provided leads, close deals with a 40–55% target, and travel up to 85 miles from home to close sales.

The role offers comprehensive product training, a high-commission structure, and benefits as a statutory non-employee, while avoiding cold calling and door-to-door activity. Annual earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel and achieve.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party preferred financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
