Fireside Hearth & Home in Wilmington, NC seeks a Fireplace Installer to provide professional in-home installation of fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and facings. You will work with an experienced installer to learn on the job and ensure safe, high-quality installations.

You’ll maintain knowledge of products, collaborate with sales and field operations, and enjoy competitive compensation with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, profit sharing, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• No experience required to install fireplaces – train on the job with an experienced installer.
• Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs and have good customer service skills.
• HVAC experience is a plus; must have a valid driver’s license and meet driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Service and install fireplaces with attention to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain knowledge of fireplaces, stoves, and related products; stay updated on manufacturer changes.
• Communicate with sales staff and field operations to ensure installations meet quality standards.
