Job summary

DISH is seeking a Field Technician to install and support TV and Smart Home solutions in customers’ homes, delivering a world-class customer experience. You represent the company with professionalism and help expand our smart home ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly.
• Able to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift over 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily and consult on smart home possibilities.
• Lead the charge for a world-class customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide installation and support for TV and Smart Home solutions.
