AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to deliver personalized in-home sales experiences, driving technology adoption and service upgrades. You will work independently on scheduled appointments with uncapped commissions and a potential top earnings trajectory, while leveraging training and support to meet sales goals.

Expect a base salary range within the stated band, plus aggressive commission opportunities and a company vehicle for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and communications skills
• Maintain a valid driver’s license – company vehicle provided for official business use

Responsabilités

• Kick off with paid training to work independently in the field
• Connect with existing customers daily via scheduled appointments
• Close deals by hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments and tech delivery
