Job summary

Windows USA is seeking experienced Outside Sales Consultants who operate as Outside Sales Employees, with the option of health benefits while maintaining 1099 tax status. This role emphasizes in-home sales presentations, consultative home improvement selling, and performance-based earnings.

Travel to scheduled or self-generated home appointments, present products, deliver quotes, and support same-day buying decisions.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with commission-based earnings preferred.
• Ability to close deals in in-home presentations and consultations.
• Willingness to travel within 90-mile radius and to evening/weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing and materials.
• Complete measurements and sales documentation accurately.
• Use CRM tools to manage customer information and proposals.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings and maintain 15+ weekly appointments.
