Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences to customers in-home across Wisconsin. You will work independently, close deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and seamless tech delivery while earning uncapped commissions.

Starting salary ranges from $61,600 to $100,000 with excellent bonus potential and a sign-on bonus of $5,000. Training is provided, and schedules include evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets.
• Strong upselling and customer value skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building.
• Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Background check including drug screen and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm prospects through scheduled field appointments.
• Close sales by presenting hands-on demos and tech delivery.
