Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive outside sales to customers’ homes and at industry events. You will travel, assess needs, and tailor quotes while presenting warranty options and financing to meet client requirements.

You will develop new customer relationships, maintain store collaboration, and ensure accurate sales documentation, measurements, and installations where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Preferred in-home or virtual sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes for outside sales visits and industry events.
• Present tailored product recommendations and negotiate quotes.
• Complete sales contracts and paperwork, measure product specs.
• Lead prospecting to generate new customers and maintain store relationships.
• Educate store associates on HDIS offerings.
