Youth Villages in New Hampshire (Harper Acres) seeks a Family Specialist to work with youth and families in an in-home program. You will carry a caseload, conduct family sessions, and provide crisis support while documenting care in an EMR system.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with DCYF to divert placements and promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a social services discipline required.
• Experience working with youth or families in crisis preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 8 to 12 families.
• Performs in-home treatment with youth and families.
• Provides on-call crisis support to youth and family.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development and clinical supervision.
• Documents accurately using an electronic medical record (EMR).
