Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ISO Home Based Clinician to provide in-home therapy to children, adults and families across NH. You’ll collaborate with the clinical supervisor, DCYF, schools and other health providers to deliver evidence-based treatment and comprehensive care.

The role requires LCSW/LSW or equivalent NH eligibility, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and access to high-speed internet.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with NH eligibility and licensure.
• Minimum 2 years (Master’s) or 5 years (Bachelor’s) clinical experience with children/families.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; insurance proof required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• High-speed internet access required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy to children, adults, and families.
• Collaborate with DCYF, schools, and other providers for treatment plans.
• Develop measurable treatment goals with families and DCYF.
• Document assessments and reports per guidelines.
• Rapport with clients and perform risk assessments; on-call support.
• Attend hearings and provide clinical documentation as needed.
