Qualifications

• Iowa Requirements: Must have a minimum of two years of post secondary education and at least two years of experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
• Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
• Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
