Boys Town is hiring a Family and Child Case Manager in Sioux City, IA. You will work directly with families in their homes, helping them build parenting skills, strengthen relationships, and overcome challenges.

Starting pay is $20.50–$23.00 per hour for full-time roles, with a $5,000 hiring bonus. This position includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call hours, plus comprehensive benefits, training, and opportunities for professional growth within Boys Town's mission to support

Qualifications

• Must have minimum two years of post-secondary education and two years of experience with children and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and teach practical skills to families.
• Connect families with community resources such as schools and healthcare.
• Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with professionals.
• Develop service plans, monitor progress, and document accurately.
