Job summary

Family Support Services of North Florida seeks a Family Resource Advocate to deliver in-home stabilization, training, and supports to caregivers and the children in their care.

You will manage caseloads, help caregivers access benefits, and coordinate with community partners to ensure placement stability. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited program.
• 3–4 years' experience with high‑risk children and families.
• Valid driver's license and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home stabilization and intervention for caregivers and children.
• Assist with system navigation, benefits enrollment, and community resources.
• Maintain caseloads and document face-to-face contacts in FSFN.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support placement stability.
