Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Arkansas is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to provide direct services under an individualized plan for children and families. The role follows YAP's wraparound advocacy model with fidelity to the plan and selected interventions, and requires travel to homes and schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required in social work or related field with at least one year experience with children and families.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
• Experience working with at-risk youth.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services guided by program requirements and an individualized service plan for each child and family.
• Adhere to the wraparound advocacy model and fidelity to the chosen interventions.
• Travel to homes and schools as required.
