Job summary

Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to support youth and families in a home-based setting. The role manages a caseload of 4–6 families, conducts regular individual and family sessions, and collaborates with community providers to build a collaborative treatment plan.

Responsibilities include ongoing youth assessments, professional development through weekly meetings, and delivering crisis support as needed. Travel to families’ homes is required, with documentation in an EMR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline preferred or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline required; related fields considered.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week.
• Attends 3 weekly meetings for professional development and quarterly booster trainings.
• Drives up to 60 to 80 miles to meet with families in their homes and communities.
• Completes accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system (EMR).
