Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeks a FCT Practitioner to deliver structured Family Centered Treatment in homes and community settings. The role focuses on leveraging family strengths to empower lasting change within the client system.

The Practitioner will conduct multiple weekly sessions, provide crisis support, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Evening/weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health or other related human services field.
• At least 1 year of previous experience working with youth in a mental health setting.
• Willingness to provide family-centered treatment in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Family Center Treatment to families in accordance with program specifications.
• Make a minimum of 2 multi-hour face-to-face sessions weekly with each family system.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Provide crisis intervention 24/7 and participate in on-call rotation as indicated.
• Serve as FCT facilitator and recorder on a rotating basis.
• Provide after-care linkage and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation including fidelity notes, progress notes, monthly reports.
• Attend required meetings and trainings and adhere to regulations.
