Child Guidance Resource Centers in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Family Based-SWP Regular 12 month Full-Time Professional to deliver in-home and community-based therapy through CGRC’s Family Based Services. Therapists use talk, play, art, CBT and other strategies to reach approved treatment goals in natural settings.

The role emphasizes flexibility, collaboration with families and schools, and building sustainable therapeutic change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in counseling psychology, social work or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with children and families in a mental health, education, child welfare or juvenile justice system
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

• Incorporates understanding of the service system, including ongoing changes, into practice.
