Job summary

All Seniors Foundation seeks a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home companionship and daily living support to seniors in the Los Angeles area. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring, helping clients maintain independence and comfort at home.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, clear communication with families and the care team, and flexible scheduling across part-time, full-time, and per-diem shifts in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Empathy, patience and strong communication are required.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks and assist with transfers.
• Experience caring for the elderly is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities (grooming, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist with meal preparation and dietary considerations.
• Support light housekeeping and organization in client homes.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients.
• Report changes in client condition to the care team.
