Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Northeast Metro is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to provide in-home care across the Northeast Metro area on a part-time basis with flexible scheduling.

You will support clients to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, with opportunities to increase hours and earn more through shift differentials and access to earned wages via Tapcheck. Join a local team that values relationships and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely perform physical requirements (standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds).
• Prior in-home care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized in-home care based on each client’s Plan of Care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, oral hygiene, bedtime care).
• Provide mobility assistance (ambulation, exercise, ROM activities).
• Provide companionship and positive social interaction.
• Aid with permitted hands-on care such as support stockings and bandages.
• Provide medication reminders (not administer).
• Document care provided and services rendered.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable client environment.
• Work professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and fellow Care Professionals.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

About the Role

SYNERGY HomeCare Northeast Metro is looking for compassionate, dependable Care Professionals to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout the Northeast Metro.

You’ll provide personalized support based on each client’s individualized Plan of Care, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing compassionate, respectful care based on each client’s individualized Plan of Care

• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, oral hygiene, and bedtime care

• Providing mobility assistance, including ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion activities

• Providing companionship and positive social interaction

• Assisting with permitted hands-on care such as support stockings, ace bandages, and hot/cold therapies

• Providing medication reminders only—Care Professionals do not administer medications

• Observing clients and reporting changes in condition, safety concerns, incidents, or accidents

• Accurately documenting care provided and services rendered

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable client environment

• Working professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and fellow Care Professionals

• Maintaining client dignity, confidentiality, and appropriate professional boundaries
