Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, offers in-home early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities. You will plan and deliver weekly sessions, document progress and coach families to support child development.

This part-time position (about 20–25 hours/week) may grow to full time, with mileage reimbursement and a supportive team environment to advance in a therapeutic services career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health/human services-related major required.
• May substitute one year of full time college for each year of experience working/volunteering with children if no degree.
• If you have a Bachelor's degree, experience may not be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and provide weekly in-home early educational services for infant/toddlers with disabilities.
• Administer and document program assessments and updates to meet timelines.
• Design and adapt activities for language, cognitive, motor, sensory, self-help and social development for each child.
