Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides in-home early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. You will deliver weekly educational sessions and document progress in Riverside and surrounding areas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in health/human services or equivalent experience, CA driver’s license, and strong communication with families. Part-time hours with potential growth and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health/human services-related major required.
• If no Bachelor's Degree, one year of college per year of experience with children may be substituted.
• If candidate has Bachelor's degree, experience may not be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and provide weekly in-home early educational services for infants/toddlers with delays.
• Administer and document assessments and updates to meet timelines.
• Design and adapt activities for language, cognitive, motor, sensory, self-help, and social skills.
• Model positive adult-child interactions and coach parents weekly.
• Monitor and share progress with families and the care team.
