Precision Today is seeking a Home Services Sales Advisor (Drains) in the United States. This consultative, in-home sales role focuses on diagnosing sewer and drain issues, presenting long-term solutions, and advancing homeowners to confident decisions.

Expect uncapped commissions, aggressive incentives, and a clear growth path. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a company vehicle, with no overnight on-call.

Qualifications

• One-call close in-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to explain sewer issues clearly to homeowners.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential sewer and drain issues and present permanent, high-value solutions.
• Use camera inspection equipment to guide homeowners through the problem.
• Accurately locate and map sewer lines using sonar equipment.
• Collaborate with drain technicians and coordinators to execute installations.
• Prepare detailed job scopes, photos, and notes for project execution.
• Price jobs with understanding of labor, materials, permits, and profitability.
• Generate quality project opportunities to keep crews busy.
• Educate homeowners on financing options to move forward.
• Build referrals and proactively generate additional business.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and customer-first approach.
