Job summary

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and basic health care knowledge. A high school diploma or GED is required; CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of professional experience preferred.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in participants' homes following individualized plans.
• Build relationships and communicate to keep participants mentally healthy.
• Assist with daily living activities and community involvement.
