A healthcare organization is looking for a Direct Support Professional to provide personalized one-on-one care to individuals in their homes. You will help with daily activities while maintaining a healthy environment. Candidates must have a High School diploma and relevant healthcare certification, along with excellent communication skills. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Job offer contingent on a drug screen and federal background check.

Qualifications

• Graduated High School and any other healthcare certification in CNA, HHA program.
• One year prior professional experience.
• Driver’s license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for client by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain confidential records of client care and observe HIPAA guidelines.
