Strategies to Empower People (STEP) is hiring full-time and part-time Direct Support Staff to provide in-home and community support for adults with physical and developmental disabilities in Yuba and Sutter Counties, CA. The position offers competitive hourly pay and flexible schedules.

Entry-level role requiring compassion, reliability, and basic qualifications; driver license may be required; training provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision after waiting period; 401k after hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or Certificate of Completion.
• May be required to provide CA Driver License, current auto insurance, and maintain a clear Motor Vehicle Record for positions that require driving.
• May be required to register with In-Home Support Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for clients in-home and in the community.
