Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking an In-Home Direct Support Professional to provide guidance, encouragement, support, and safety in homes or communities. You will help individuals develop independence, maintain plans, and engage in trainings and documentation as required by regulations.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and be prepared to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read, write, solve problems and follow directions.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (may be obtained after hire).

• Provide guidance, support, and safety to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist in developing and monitoring individual plans and goals.
