Job summary

Premier Community Supports, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Troutdale, OR to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. You will help individuals achieve their daily goals and promote their independence.

Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, promoting autonomy, and facilitating community engagements. The ideal candidate has experience with the I/DD community and demonstrates empathy, strong communication, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience with I/DD community preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle if transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Provide transportation for community outings and appointments.
