Job summary

PREMIER COMMUNITY SUPPORTS, LLC. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Tigard, OR, to deliver person-centered care to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

The DSP will assist individuals in daily living activities, promote autonomy, and help them engage in community activities, focusing on their strengths and preferences. Great benefits such as a 401(k) plan and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Preferred: Minimum 6 months experience with the I/DD community.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
