Job summary

Premier Community Supports, LLC is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Tualatin, OR to provide high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Preferred minimum 6 months experience working with I/DD community.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Build a supportive relationship and deliver care aligned with Individual Support Plan.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing and dressing.
• Facilitate community participation for the individual.
