Premier Community Supports, LLC is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Tualatin, OR to provide high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

The DSP role includes supporting individuals in daily living activities, facilitating community participation, and collaborating closely with families and caregivers. This position offers a variety of shifts along with a range of benefits, including a 401(k) plan and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Preferred minimum 6 months experience working with I/DD community.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Build a supportive relationship and deliver care aligned with Individual Support Plan.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing and dressing.
• Facilitate community participation for the individual.
