Job summary

PREMIER COMMUNITY SUPPORTS, LLC. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Arlington, OR, to provide person-centered care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. In this role, you'll support individuals in achieving their goals and fostering independence through meaningful activities.

The DSP will assist with daily living tasks and promote community engagement. This position requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to adapt to individual needs. Ideal candidates are empathetic and detail-oriented, with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with the I/DD community preferred.
• Able to pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships and deliver care according to Individual Support Plan.
• Assist with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Facilitate community participation based on individual preferences.
