Job summary

Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) with an active Med Cert 3 to join our in-home care team. You will provide personal care, support with ADLs, and monitor clients in their homes to promote safety and independence.

We value reliability, strong communication, and teamwork. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required so you can travel to clients' homes and deliver trusted, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Med Cert 3 certification is required.
• Experience in direct care or caregiving preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Administer and manage medications per care plans.
• Assist with mobility using gait belt or Hoyer lift as needed.
• Offer companion care and supervise client safety.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor changes in condition and report to the care team.
• Communicate with clients, families, and team.
• Follow agency policies and care plans.
