Job summary

Innovative Care Services in Sheboygan, WI, seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist clients with daily living, personal care, meals, shopping, and transportation to appointments in their homes. Shifts are casual call or part-time at $15/hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401K match, paid time off, EAP, and a company car for client transport.

Requirements: 18+, valid driver’s license with clean driving record; caregiver experience is a plus; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
