Job summary

Herewith is hiring an In-Home Dialysis Technician in Marietta, GA to support patients undergoing home dialysis. You will assist with patient setup, monitor safety, and coordinate with a clinical team while working independently at the client's home as part of a care plan.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dialysis machine experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, reliable and detail‑oriented mindset. Training and placement support are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting).
• Familiarity with home dialysis machines.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Must be dependable.
• Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct & Support patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., Tablo, NxStage or equivalent machines)
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and schedule adherence
• Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators
• Document any concerns or changes observed during support hours
