Herewith is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support a patient transitioning to home dialysis in Norcross, GA. You will provide one-on-one care, assist with treatment setup, and help maintain a safe, supportive home environment.

Training will be provided, and you will work closely with a clinical team to ensure the patient’s well-being during this major care transition. This role offers stable hours with a single client.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic).
• Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (NxStage, Tablo).
• Open to in-home dialysis support and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dialysis treatment setup (NxStage or Tablo).
• Keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe.
