Job summary

Herewith is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support patients receiving in‑home dialysis in Marietta, GA. You will help set up equipment, monitor safety, provide companionship, and coordinate with nurses and care coordinators.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dialysis experience, familiarity with home dialysis machines, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting).
• Familiarity with home dialysis machines preferred.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support patient dialysis treatments (e.g., Tablo, NxStage or equivalent).
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document concerns or changes observed during support hours.
