Renewal by Andersen is seeking high-energy Sales Consultants to join a top-performing team in Washington. This role offers a $120,000–$225,000+ annual commission, with 100% company-generated leads and no cold calling. You will visit homeowners for pre-qualified appointments, build trust, and present window solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments.
• Build rapport, understand their needs, and present product solutions.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
