3 Day Blinds in Marietta, GA, is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident purchase decision on a single visit.

You’ll work full-time with company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential. Travel within your local territory is required, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience from first visit to installation.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable meeting clients in their homes and presenting design options.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Able to manage multiple appointments per week and a flexible schedule.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day and four weekdays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally; territory is your office.
• No prior design experience required; company provides training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and design custom window treatments.

• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
