Job summary
California Closets is seeking a Design Consultant to deliver highly personalized, whole-home design solutions from initial consultation to installation. This full-time role requires in-home consultations, CAD design, and ongoing customer collaboration.

Qualifications
- Interior design education or equivalent experience
- In-home design/sales experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and mobile devices
- Experience with Salesforce, CAD or design software preferred
- Creative and detail-oriented with craftsmanship and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Visit customers' homes to design custom storage solutions using CAD
- Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business
- Coordinate with installation team to ensure job completion
- Participate in meetings and training sessions
- Manage a portfolio of projects and clients of varying complexity
